We returned for the second year to this hotel, having been very satisfied with our previous experience. Everything is confirmed: the beach is clean, with appropriately spaced umbrellas, the food service is excellent, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is excellent. We stayed in a quadruple room on the first floor, which was promptly cleaned every day. Very convenient shuttle service to reach Vieste. The animation was engaging without ever being intrusive: the boys Skyvillage have done their best to entertain guests every day with a variety of activities. In general, we confirm the excellent level of all the services offered by the facility.

To return to the Portonuovo is to meet our family again every year. The friendliness, the helpfulness, the friendliness, the professionalism and so much more, we looked forward to our holidays to find all this again. We were pampered, revered always in the best possible way. A solution was always found to any need. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You are a fantastic team. If we then come to the entertainment team, we really must compliment the management on a very targeted choice! The group was super engaging, people with different aspects and professionally prepared, certainly already to their credit, and also to the credit of the head entertainer, who we know had to take on her job very quickly and we have to say that she managed everything very well. The excellence of this establishment grows year by year, I have been spending my holidays here for six years now and I have no intention of changing... We spent for the first time in this hotel a week from 3 to 10 September and I must say that it was a pleasant surprise, we were very well! Rooms very nice, comfortable, always clean and tidy..beach clean and accessible on foot, swimming pool just as comfortable..a place of peace, very quiet, being also September..we had full board and the food was always excellent, very courteous staff, professional and attentive to the needs of my child..also excellent the evening shuttle service that allowed us to visit Vieste far and wide..I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back, we felt welcome and pampered, a heartfelt thanks from room 303! Truly a four-star establishment. Clean rooms and friendly staff, including reception. Top-class dining area with trained staff, excellently led by maitre Michele. The icing on the cake is the weekly gala evening with live music and a special dinner. Animation team active and prepared but not obsessive. Pool OK. We have been holidaying at the Portonuovo hotel for 18 years in a row now! By now, when we travel elsewhere, the comparison with the hotel arises spontaneously and I assure you that the Portonuovo is always unsurpassed! Need I say more?

Hotel Portonuovo has become one of our favourite places. Cosy, clean, always courteous and professional the manageress and her staff. Excellent service. Very nice and discreet the very good animation team who were able to involve the children with exciting activities. Clean sea and wide, quiet golden beach. Beautiful the proposed excursion to the Tremiti Islands. We will definitely return!

It is a very well-organised hotel, the beach and swimming pool facilities are comfortable and usable, breakfast is good, the food is good, with simple dishes and a beautiful and varied buffet of vegetables and other items. All the staff are friendly and professional. The facility is well-maintained and clean. In relation to the price the rating is very positive.
